Naved is a climate action entrepreneur, storyteller, and ecosystem restorer whose unconventional journey spans marketing, media, agriculture, and environmental innovation. From his early start in sales at age 19 to founding two climate ventures in his 40s, his career reflects a restless curiosity and a consistent drive to align work with meaning.
At 26, he walked away from urban career ambition to grow peppermint in rural North India—his first taste of regenerative living. He returned to the work to become a copywriter, then built and successfully exited two ventures in Dubai: a publishing house with two consumer titles, and a public relations firm. For over a decade after, he semi-retired to a self-restored forest farm, where he consulted NGOs and social enterprises on storytelling and brand building.
Today, he is the founder of Ecosys.Earth, a social enterprise employing an innovative model for community-driven atmospheric carbon removal. His work bridges climate science, indigenous knowledge, and economic resilience for smallholder communities. He also conducts workshops and programs to empower corporate teams and students become Climate Doers.
